Our relationship with you does not end when you take home a kitten from us. As conscientious breeders, experienced kitten counselors, and Bengal lovers, we'd like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our kitten / kittens. However, certain things are not in our control.
A kitten's health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food, nourishment and overall care.
If something does go wrong, we will strive to help. While we may not be able to guarantee that your kitten will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!
We will replace your Bengal for a period of two years from date of birth if it develops a life-threatening congenital illness and / or hereditary / genetic or congenital defect which would affect this Bengal's quality of life or it dies of HCM. Veterinary verification required. Cats that are not properly cared for and or are not current with veterinary visits and immunizations are not covered. This guarantee does not cover costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
We believe that our kittens are our responsibility for the duration of their lives, thus we are available to assist our clients with questions or concerns regarding their feline friend.
If your Bengal Kitten is purchased as a pet, your kitten must be spayed or neutered before we will send your registration papers.
You will need to provide proof in the form of a picture of the receipt for this procedure on your particular cat.
Parents are leukemia / FIV negative. Your kitten will be up to date with age appropriate shots, and vaccinations when it is ready to go to your home. Registered Bengals will provide the TICA registration application form ( blue slip ) when we have evidence that the kitten has been spayed or neutered.
If your kitten is purchased as a breeder:
Registered Bengals provides a 2 year (from birth) health guarantee against any life threatening congenital defects for our Breeder Kittens.
We guarantee breeder kittens to be fertile both male and female.
We consider the health of our kittens to be our number one priority. We do all we can to decrease the likelihood of disease / illness in our kittens, such as FIP, leukemia, HIV or upper respiratory infections. Even with preventative measures, vaccinations, we are unable to eradicate disease 100% of the time. No cattery can guarantee this for you. What we can guarantee is that we will be there for you to assist you deal with whatever important issues arise.
You are adopting a very HIGH QUALITY Bengal Companion, who if properly cared for should provide you with years of devoted love, affection and enjoyment. You as a new Bengal Cat owner agree to provide your companion with a life-long commitment of love, appreciation, respect and responsible care.
We do not believe your kitten is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another kitten. In the unlikely event of the death of a kitten within one year from its birth due to genetics, or if the kitten is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your kitten, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. if the kitten dies the cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.
Failure to provide your kitten with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.
