for two full years We Guarantee our kittens to be free of any life threatening congenital defect for a full two years from the time of sale. Return Policy. We care about each and every one of our kittens, so we have implemented a return policy. After purchasing a kitten from us, if at any time you can no longer keep your kitten you must contact us and return the kitten/adult cat. Understand that WE WILL NOT refund your purchase price. We will screen prospective new homes, if an adoption fee is obtained we will possibly refund some of that amount to you depending upon each individual situation. If you have a person who is wanting your kitten/cat, they must first complete our application process and be approved before obtaining them. We do reserve the right to refuse a home that we deem to be unfit for ownership. Why Don't you show your Bengals in shows? The reason we do not enter or show our Bengals in CFA or TICA shows is very simple. Picture the show floor with several hundred cats from different homes and breeders, Then add hundreds or even thousands of people touching and petting as they walk the show floor going from cat to cat with no hand wash in between, Then add the time in the show cage with the judge and on the judges stand for judging and as you might imagine it is an environment that is filled with potential infections, diseases, parasites etc. It would be like sitting in an emergency room full of sick people for two to three days and hoping not to get sick... We operate a closed facility, meaning that once you enter you do not leave and any cat that does enter must have a health check before it comes through our doors and be quarantined when it does. So, while we are confident that our Bengals are Champions, we will just have to be confident in knowing that without exposing them to the potential issues involved in shows. Beware of breeders that have walls of ribbons, those cats have been exposed to virtually every conceivable pathogen around... Will you send pictures or videos of the kittens? Yes! We encourage our buyers to facetime or come visit with us to see the kittens and their environment prior to making a decision on any particular kitten. Beware of breeders that will not allow you to visit or facetime to see the kittens live! In addition after you reserve your kitten you can expect to receive a video or pictures of your kitten on virtually a daily basis up to the day that you receive your new kitten. Can I the return the kitten if I decide a Bengal is not for me? All sales are final, and non refundable. If you decide after careful consideration that a Bengal is not for you, we will take it back to place with a more suitable family, however our kittens are sold in their prime and most people are looking to acquire kittens - for that reason we do not offer refunds. Are Bengal cats domestic? A Bengal cat is considered a domestic cat. Bengals are bred to possess all of the qualities / traits that you expect from a domestic cat (loving personality and temperament) Plus in general a higher energy level and increased intelligence versus a normal house cat. Do Bengals require special care? Bengals do not require any special care. Create a loving environment for your Bengal and you will be rewarded with a very loving and social companion for years to come. Why choose a Bengal?
What should I know about Bengals before getting one? See Also is a Bengal Kitten right for you? Bengals are one of the most active, intelligent cat breeds, they require significantly more interaction and entertainment than a regular cat. Bengals tend to be a lot more social than other breeds and due to this they do best with another animal to interact with, they can sometimes exhibit behavior problems when this need isn't met. If there are no other pets or children in the household we recommend getting two kittens if possible. We do offer discounts for purchasers buying two or more kittens. How much attention does a Bengal kitten need? See also - Why two kittens are better than one. Most people get a cat because they require less attention than a dog. Bengal cats are the exception! Bengals need just as much of your time as a dog would. Sometimes, a Bengal will need more. Owning a Bengal in life is a partnership. The more love, time and effort you put into your relationship with your Bengal, the more you will create an unbreakable bond. What is it like to live with Bengals? Bengals are much more active than most of their feline counterparts. They still love their sleep, but they are incredibly curious about the goings on of the household. They are extremely playful and energetic; Some will even follow you around the house. Bengals behave more like a dog than like a cat! They will follow you everywhere and are interested in what's going on. They are a constant source of entertainment! Can a Bengal kitten be an Emotional Support Animal (ESA)? Yes, Bengals can become emotional support cats, all a cat needs to achieve ESA status is an ESA letter. The only requirement for an emotional support cat is that you share a connection with them and that their companionship has a calming and supportive effect on you. Two Federal Laws primarily protect the rights of people with Emotional Support Animals. Although the rights are not as expansive as those granted to Service Animals, there are still two very important points to be aware of. The Fair Housing Act, ensures that an individual requiring an Emotional Support animal will be allowed to live with their animal. Furthermore, it prevents landlords and rental companies from being able to charge pet fees or deposits. The Air Carrier Access Act, ensures that people are able to fly with their Emotional Support kitten/cat without having to pay additional fees. The airlines do require that they are informed in advance and that a recent (less than one-year-old) medical letter is provided as well. Why is it important to get a documented TICA or CFA purebred Bengal? See also Picking the Right Breeder If you are purchasing a Bengal from a "breeder" that does not have TICA or CFA registered Bengals, there is no guarantee that they are even 100% Bengal. Bengal cats have distinctly different social personalities when compared to other breeds. Many people who purchase Bengals cats want an exotic looking pet with a dog-like personality and superior intelligence. A “Bengal” that is not TICA or CFA registered may not be a Bengal cat, it may not have the traditional Bengal cat personality or it may have an altered personality with negative or aggressive personality treats. In addition, the cat may have unconventional coloring, patterning and unforeseen health problems. How do you determine the prices for your kittens? See Also The cost of breeding Bengals Kitten pricing is based on how much each kitten conforms to the breed standards (how much it looks like a Leopard). Our kittens are priced at around 4 - 6 weeks old. It isn't until that time that we get a good idea of their final pattern and colors. Bengals are usually born with solid spots. As their patterns emerge their spots may "Rosette" and the center becomes lighter. It usually takes a Bengal up to 1 year to achieve their full pattern and color. In the first few months of life they go through a Camouflage stage or the "fuzzies" which may distort their true color and pattern. After they loose their fuzzies their gorgeous glittered pelt is revealed! When first choosing your Bengal Kitten it is hard to believe they can be more beautiful than they already are. What is the process for buying a Registered Bengals Kitten? First we ask that you either send us a note from our contact page or go to our kitten waiting list page and complete the application. Give us at least 24 hours to review your information at which time we will send you an e-mail back on next steps. Our preference is to communicate by e-mail or by text at first, as this is the most efficient way for us to communicate with potential clients and there is less likelihood of miscommunication. We can then follow up with a phone call to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. If you have not received a response after one week, please follow up with a text, email or a call. NOTE: We will not generally respond to phone inquiries unless we first receive a completed request from you. If we believe you will be a good fit for one of our kittens, your next step is to send in your deposit for a kitten. The deposit is $350.00. If you would like to get on our waiting list. NOTE: OUR KITTENS SELL VERY QUICKLY AND SOMETIMES SEVERAL PEOPLE MAY BE INTERESTED IN THE SAME KITTEN. WE CANNOT HOLD A KITTEN FOR YOU UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT. We understand that you may be disappointed, but if we have another approved buyer who places their deposit before you do, the kitten will be reserved for them, regardless of how long you have been in communication with us. We have had approved buyers miss out by 5 minutes on their chosen kitten because they did not send in their deposit, so if you are really interested in one of our kittens, and your application has been approved, we would urge you to act quickly. Once you have reserved your kitten, we will send you updates of your kitten (typically once a week) until the kitten is picked up. This will be in the form of photos or videos. Please note that sometimes due to work constraints, we may not be able to provide weekly updates, but please feel free to contact us if you would like an update on your kitten. We usually keep our kittens until they are between 8 and 14 weeks of age, depending on the development of the kitten, when we believe it is physically, mentally and socially ready to leave the nest. If we feel that the kitten is ready to leave earlier, we will let you know. Similarly, if we need to hold back a kitten longer, we will also let you know. We can usually gauge a kitten’s progress by the time they are 8 weeks old and we can usually give you an estimate of when the kitten will be ready to go home and we will schedule a pickup or shipment date / time with you. The balance is due in cash when the kitten is picked up or prior to the kitten being shipped (preferably 24 hours prior to shipment). Final payment needs to be in the form of cash or paypal. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT A KITTEN ALREADY ON HOLD OR UNDER EVALUATION?Don't hesitate to contact us if this happens. The kitten could become available, and we will let you know. Will you sell to other breeders or people who would like to breed Bengals? The answer to this is generally yes, We will sell to reputable Bengal Breeders who are TICA registered. We will NOT sell to Breeders that do not plan to register the kittens that they produce or who have any plans or history of cross breeding with anything other than a Registered Bengal. When can I take my Bengal kitten home? We allow our kittens to leave at 9 - 14 weeks. We do this for several reasons, which are not only in the kitten’s best interest, but also future owner(s). Kittens need time to wean themselves on their own, acquire good litter box habits, develop a strong enough immune system, and establish proper social habits with other cats and humans. By the time a kitten reaches 9 weeks, all of the above should have taken place and your new kitten will be able to adjust the initial stress of a new home with little difficulty. Breeding/Showing Rights. If you are interested in an un altered show Bengal kitten we would be pleased to assist you. We would love to see our Bengals out there showing and seeing their owner's enjoyment and success. We only sell un altered show and breeding kittens to registered breeders who we feel strive for the highest Cattery standards and ethics. If you are a Bengal breeder and are interested in working with us and our lines we look forward to hearing from you. Do you ship your kittens? Yes Shipping is approximately $450.00 Est. for one or two kittens in the same carrier. This includes the cost of the airfare, the carrier, the vet health check, the health certificate, acclimation letter, and the trip to and from the airport. These are estimates, we pass on the exact cost with no upcharge. We can ship two kittens under the age of 16 weeks in the same carrier for a little more. You can of course making shipping arrangements yourself but please remember that we will still need to provide the shipping crate and Health certificate - $125. Approxamately. We DO NOT try to make money on shipping and will charge only actual costs. We live in another state, how will my kittens delivery work? We deliver our kittens across the country (by plane). We take care of everything so that your new companion arrives safe and sound. You only need to pick him up at the nearest airport. What are your health protocols for your cats/kittens? See Also (Bengal Health) We strive to produce healthy kittens with sweet temperaments, clear coats, and big rosettes. We feed Royal Canin high quality dry and wet food. We work very hard to ensure our cattery is disease and parasite free by conducting regular tests on our cats. Our breeder cats are all tested for PK-Deficiency, PRA. We also run PCR tests for our cats (for respiratory panels and fecal panels) when necessary. Reservation of our Right of Refusal to Sell. For us it is not all about the money, if we feel that you will not be a good fit for our kitten, we reserve the right to refuse to sell you the kitten (or adult) at any time before the kitten (or adult) is collected. At that time, we will refund your deposit in full. We have our cats’ best interests at heart, and we want to make sure that they go to a home with individuals that we believe that we can have a good relationship with – most of our clients end up being good friends, and it important to us to be able to get along and communicate with our pet / breeder clients. As a result, even though you have paid a deposit and reserved the kitten (or adult), that kitten (or adult) is NOT “yours”. The kitten (or adult) remains ours until such time as we release the kitten (or adult) to you. Several weeks may pass from the time the kitten (or adult) is reserved until the kitten (or adult) leaves and that usually gives us a good gauge as to whether we believe you will be a good fit for the kitten (or adult). How intelligent are Bengals? Bengals are highly intelligent and usually learn things very quickly. Some like to walk on a leash and play fetch with you. This does depend a lot on their individual personality, how much socialization, love, and handling they received during the first couple of weeks of life, and how much interaction you have with your Bengal kitten. Also, most Bengals love water so don't be surprised when they get in the bath tub or shower with you. What if I have another cat, dog, or small children? Will my new kitten get along with the other members of my house? Young kittens can adjust to almost anything, however sometimes this may take some time. You want to put your new pets in a room with food, water, its toys and bed. Let the kitten get used to its new surroundings and introduce your kitten slowly to your pets and/or children. This could take 1 to 2 weeks or longer depending on you and your kitten. They usually become quite close to dogs. As with all animals, We highly recommend that you watch the children and the cats together very closely at first. What makes a better companion, a male or a female?
As long as your companion is neutered or spayed, there is not much difference between the sexes. Usually, males tend to be more affectionate, and females are more independent, but females can be extremely affectionate and loving as well. You can have shy males and really extroverted females, and vice versa. It all depends on their own personality. Each kitten or cat is different, and that’s why we always try to place the good Bengal in the right family. Bengal Care Bengals have a beautiful, short, pelted coat that requires minimal grooming. Weekly brushing with a soft brush will stimulate circulation and keep the coat shiny and healthy is all that they need. Bengals shed very little and with minimal grooming you will not notice cat hair everywhere. Nails on the front and back paws should be clipped once every week or two, get your Bengal in the habit of getting their nails clipped when they are young, this will help them to get used to it so when they are older they won't resist it very much, also try rewarding them with a treat when they are done. Fresh water must be kept available at all times. What do Bengals eat? Do I have to feed them raw meat? See also - Feeding your Bengal a RAW Diet We do offer our Bengals a RAW diet but they can do well on regular commercial cat foods. Because Bengals are so high-energy, we do recommend that you feed a quality cat food made with lots of meat ingredients, such as Royal Canin, Iams, or Science Diet. Bengal Cats and Water Most Bengals are addicted to water. Actually, lots of cat breeds have a love for water! For some they like to have a little splash or catch it as its coming out of a tap. For others they like to create tide-a-waves of puddles everywhere they can find water. The shower is a favorite, the bathtub, the sink, their water bowls. I currently have a Male / Female cat at home, Should my next cat be a Male / Female? The sex of your new kitten does not matter as long as both are neutered or spayed. They will get along very well whether they are of the same sex or not. The age gap will make a bigger difference. We found an Orphaned kitten, How do we feed it? First make every effort to find the kittens mother! She may just be out hunting or hiding from you! If there is no other choice see the feeding recommendations at this link. https://registeredbengals.com/new-born-kitten-care.html |
What is a Bengal Cat?
The Bengal is a hybrid breed of domestic cat. Bengals result from crossing a domestic feline with an Asian leopard cat (ALC), Prionailurus bengalensis bengalensis. The Bengal cat has a desirable "wild" appearance with large spots, rosettes, and a light/white belly, and a body structure reminiscent of the ALC The Bengal possesses a gentle domestic cat temperament, provided it is separated by at least three generations from the original crossing between a domestic feline and an ALC The name "Bengal cat" was derived from the taxonomic name of the Asian leopard cat (P. b. bengalensis), and not from the more distantly related Bengal tiger. Is a Bengal a good fit for me / My Family? Most agree that Bengals are highly intelligent. With their "exotic" and "wild" appearance, they are really like having a sweet "lap-leopard" all of your own. They can also be very mischievous and boisterous. They are active cats with high energy levels, always ready to play and entertain you! Some people leash train them, and teach them to fetch, and play other games. Bengals are unique in that many love and enjoy water. Frequent travelers may find this attention-seeking breed unsuitable as an only pet. If you do travel some you may want to think about adopting two! See also Why Two is better than one. Do Bengals make good pets? See also Bengal Cat Personality Bengal Cat Standards and Behavior. Bengals make wonderful pets if you like an active, playful companion. Be sure to research your breeder and if possible meet the parents or ask details about the parents personality. Our Bengal kings and queens are social with everyone and can't wait to entertain guests or cuddle in your lap. Are Bengals wild or aggressive? Not at all. The Bengal’s temperament is purely domestic. Years of careful breeding have resulted in a cat with a beautiful and exotic look while being an even-tempered, gentle, affectionate, and playful family pet. HOWEVER with that said, Bengals are more intelligent and have higher energy levels that if not properly stimilated with daily activities and interaction with owners can cause your beautiful and loving kitten to become sad and mad... Bengals will show their displeasure with meows at first and then more aggressivley in bad behaviors such as damaging things, pretending to forget how to use the litter box etc. They are much like children in that they need stimulation and attention on a daily basis. DO NOT buy a Bengal if you are looking for a cat that just sits around happily all day. Bengals are super intelligent with high energy levels that need to be channeled in a positive way. Is a Bengal kitten the right pet for you? Bengals have many advantages over other breeds of cats, including easy care (little to no shedding). Bengals are, Energetic, Athletic & Smart. Each individual cat will differ from the others, Bengals in general do not make good pets if you are seeking a quiet, lazy sort of companion or a companion who won't be able to figure out how to open those cabinet doors! Bengals will entertain and amaze you. They will want to actively participate in your life, and they'll want you to actively participate in theirs. Don't choose a Bengal if you'd really rather have a pleasant, quiet low energy cat. What is the Temperament of a Bengal? Bengals are extremely intelligent and like to interact with others. They usually have a very happy and active personality. The exotic heritage of the Bengal can be seen in them every day in the activities they do. They are active most of the day but, they will stretch out beside you or in your lap for their naps. Most Bengals have natural love of water and are extremely playful. Their temperament has a lot to do with how they are raised. How often do you have kittens? We generally have kittens year round. Our available kittens will be posted on our KITTENS page, which will also have the date the page was updated. It depends on the cooperation of our females... We will try and post our upcoming breedings if we do not have kittens available and ready to go, so that our clients will have an idea of what to expect. Please also check out our Facebook page (Registeredbengals) for updates. How long to you breed your Bengals? Most breeds of cats are bred until they are 7 or 8 years old with just 1 to 2 litters per year. Bengals are different possibly because of their wild blending with the Asian Leopard cat (ALC), they go into heat much more often and are miserable during this time, Additionally if they are not bred when in heat they are prone to acquiring Pyometra a sometimes fatal infection. So we allow our Bengals to breed after one or two times being in strong heat. With that said Bengals will have more litters in their breeding lifetime than other felines. So we retire our breeding Bengals at an earlier age. Depending on the female we retire our girls between five and six years of age. At that time we spay our females and offer them at a reduced rate to a loving home. Because we never cage our Bengals we don't have to list them as requiring special care or experienced owners since they have never been traumatized by being caged... Our retired breeders come with the same loving personalities as our kittens. However it does take a little more time for an adult Bengal to adjust to a new home than it does a kitten. What is your waiting list and how does it work? Due to buyer demand, we have a waiting list for our kittens. The waiting list is only for kittens that we place as pets. Please note that breeders will have first pick of our kittens that are show / breeder quality. Once you have submitted your Cat/Kitten Application and you have been approved, you can send in your waiting list deposit if we do not have any kittens available for you at that time. The waiting list deposit is $350.00, It is applied towards the final price of your kitten. The waiting list deposit secures your place for a kitten and gives you an early pick from the kittens we make available as pets. Once we make a kitten available to you, you must respond within 48 hours of our email being sent to you, otherwise we will move onto the next person on our waiting list. When on our waiting list with a paid deposit, you may skip up to two litters to find the kitten that you fall in love with. What should I do if I want a kitten that is already on hold or under evaluation on your website? Don't hesitate to contact us if this happens. The kitten could become available, and we will let you know. What are the prices for your kittens? See also The cost of breeding Bengals Registered Bengals kittens are not cheap. We encourage you to look at other breeders and the quality and pricing of their cats and then compare them to our kittens. Our prices range from $3,000 for pets, and will start at $4,500. for Breeder/Show. We consult with other responsible breeders and believe that our prices are in the current market range for the quality of kittens that we produce. We do not cut corners when it comes to our kittens and cats health and well being. Our final quoted prices are firm. We typically cannot quote the final price on a kitten until the kitten is at least 4 weeks of age. Prior to that, we may give a ball park range for the kittens’ price, but that may increase or decrease depending on how the kitten develops. We will not sell pet quality cats as breeders but we will sell breeder quality cats as top quality pets. Our policy is to only sell our best kittens as breeders. The kitten’s price will be higher or lower depending on the kitten’s color, markings and overall structure. Prices may also be reduced if our kittens need to be homed quickly to make way for new litters. Our price includes all vaccinations for the kitten’s age, deworming if needed, a vet health check before the kitten leaves our cattery. All kittens leaving our cattery will have their Vaccination Record and their Patient Chart from our vet showing when the kitten was vet checked. Unless otherwise requested, kittens leaving our cattery will have microchips implanted as well. Our prices also reflect the continued follow up and communication that you will get from us once you have taken your kitten home. When you buy a kitten from Registered Bengals, you will get what you pay for in terms of quality and service. We are not a breeder that ignores our clients once the kitten leaves our cattery. We want to know how your kitten is doing, and we appreciate updates and pictures from our clients. We are happy to provide additional references from our clients upon request. What do you test for? We test for all common parasitic, bacterial and other viral infections. We test for Tritrichomonas (T. Foetus) on all new incoming Bengals into our program via a PCR test. We also test for Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PK Def), Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-b). Our kitten will come to you healthy. Our Breeding Bengals are Negative for all known Bengal Genetic issues including FelV, PRA, PK-Def & are guaranteed against HCM for two full years. We Guarantee our kittens to be free of any life threatening congenital defect for a full two years from the time of sale. Why is there a 3% additional fee when paying with Paypal? This is the Fee that Paypal charges to transfer funds to us. You must add this to your payment. We can also accept personal checks BUT they must clear before the kitten leaves... How do I know when new kittens are available? The best way is to be added to our waiting list, allowing you to be the first to know and choose when your turn comes ($350 deposit required). The second way is to subscribe to our kitten Updates. It’s free and you will receive an email as soon as new available kittens are posted on our website. Last you can watch for posts on our Facebook page about available kittens. We will also post kitten Videos on Facebook. When I adopt a kitten that already has a name showing on your website, can I change his or her name? Yes, of course! You can choose a new name or decide to keep the one we gave him. What is the average size of the Bengal cats? Also see the size chart at the bottom of this page. Bloodlines and the sex of the cats have a lot to do with this. Males are usually bigger than the females. The males are more muscular and weigh in at about 10-15 lbs. Females are smaller ranging in size from 7-10 lbs. Every bloodline produces a variety of size and musculature. Shipping a kitten Is Very safe: See Below Details Shipping a kitten by itself to a new location sounds cruel, but it's harder for us than the kitten(s). We try hard to find ways to have the kittens travel in the cabin when possible but that is not always possible. We know that the kittens are well taken care of by the airline staff and that they will do everything they can to insure the kittens arrive safe and sound. We tape the kitten(s) food and feeding instructions to the top of the crate and the airlines put put ice cubes water dish in the crate, so they will gradually thaw out for the kitten(s) and the kittens. How long is Shipping? The average flight is approximately 2 to 5 hours. We try hard to only book direct flights and always ask about any delays or layovers and know the exact times and departures of the flights, so we know where the kittens are and are able to give you the information as well. The kittens will arrive the same day as they are sent, usually a few hours. We put a favorite blanket in the crate for the kitten(s) to nestle in and a toy to help the kittens feel secure What do we need to prepare for the kitten? You can visit these two pages on our site for full lists of what you can expect and what to have ready. Before your kitten arrives When you get home A reminder that no kitten can leave our cattery until it has been paid for. If you have not paid in advance, be sure to bring the remainder in cash when you come for your kitten, There are absolutely no exceptions to this! If you are picking up your kitten, please make sure you bring a carrier. If you are driving several hours to come get your kitten, we recommend that you come with a family member or a friend so that you can bond with the kitten on the trip home. Some clients have brought a larger carrier with them and put a makeshift litter tray in the carrier (a plastic Ziplock or Glad tupperware will fit in the carrier) for the trip. If it's going to be a long dive a small dish for water would be a good idea too. Are Bengals naturally immune to any diseases? No. Bengal owners should follow their veterinarian’s advice on appropriate vaccinations. Since most Bengals will be 100% indoors, discuss this with your Vet and determine which vaccinations are necessary. Regular check-ups for your Bengal at your veterinarian should take place annually. Recognizing Bengal Scams!!! Beware, there are many out there. *Price is likely the first thing that you will notice with a Bengal scam. If it seems too good to be true it is. *Inconsistencies on the website such as the name of the cattery or which cat registry they have their cats registered through. A lot of scammers just copy and paste from legitimate breeders sites and they tend to look over the name of another cattery being in the information they have stolen. *We are Registered Bengals and our Cattery name on both Tica and CFA is Bengaltime. You can go to either site and look us up. What is the fuzzy stage? Bengal kittens are born with a beautiful coat that shows their rosettes and contrast very well (longhair carriers can be born fuzzy). Typically around 2-8 weeks they begin to grow guard hairs with white tips on the ends that obscure their markings making them look washed out. These guard hairs fall out between between 3-5 months leaving them looking stunning once again. Are Bengals really hypo-allergenic? Bengals have very short tight coats / Pelts which don't shed as much as most other breeds, and many people with allergies find that they're not triggered as badly or even at all. Some people have had minor reactions, while others have no reactions at all. Of course there's no way we can guarantee what your individual reaction may be, but many allergy sufferers have found Bengals to be great pets for their family and they are listed as one of only a few Hypo-allergenic cat breeds. When should I have my kitten altered? Do they have to be? Kittens that have been altered make more loving pets. TICA responsible breeders usually have a spay/neuter contract that you will sign at the time of purchase. This will require you to have your kitten spayed / neutered by the time they are 5 months old if we haven't already had them spayed/neutered. We will hold their TICA papers until this is done. Do Bengal cats like to climb? These cats are expert climbers and jumpers. They have no fear of heights. The higher the better in their eyes. A strong, sturdy cat scratching pole is a must have with a Bengal in the house! Are Bengal cats vocal? They can be attention seekers and don’t really want to be ignored. They refuse to be ignored. If they are seeking your attention and you’re busy, don’t be surprised if they tell you all about your lack of attention. Generally, they will do this very, very loudly. Sometimes they will even reach out a paw and hold your arm as they tell you. There is nothing worse than being told off by a Bengal cat! When they are talking, they need you to be engaging with them. Most Bengal owners adore the conversations back and forth with their cat. Do Bengals like to be walked on a leash ? Yes, many Bengal owners teach them to walk on a leash in order to be able to give them exercise, if you do not have an outdoor run or cat wheel to burn off their excess energy Bengals can be taught to walk on a leash and love the adventures they experience on a walk outside. Be aware that once you take them out, they will want to be out more and more... Do you offer Stud Service? Yes we have Stud Service Available - Queen must have Health Screening less than Ten (10) days old validating the following. FELV- Negative FIV-Negative FVR-Feline Herpes Negative Vaccinations up to date Queen must come to us for 3 to 5 days in Mid Heat We found an Orphaned kitten, How do we feed it? Why it's better to take two kittens rather than one if it's possible:
We like to sell our kittens in pairs and this is why we offer discounts when two or more are purchased at the same time.
You just can't replace the love of a kitten for it's sibling.
