Registered Bengals, Kitten Sales Agreement
What happens if you don't alter the kitten in the specified amount of time?
You will be signing a contract agreeing to alter your kitten before we will send your registration papers. If you change your mind or
don't have the cat altered for any reason, you are in breach of your contract. Our contract states that you will
not receive the kittens registration papers until you Spay or Neuter the kitten.
If you honestly change your mind and think you'd like to breed the kitten / cat, contact us and we can see if this kitten would be appropriate to start a breeding program with. You will have to pay the difference between the pet and breeder price. If you violate this provision Registered Bengals reserves the right to retrieve the kitten / Cat and to assess a penalty equal to the original purchase price of the kitten and to recover any and all legal costs associated with this process.

All of our cats/kittens will come with a Contract, Health Record, and CFA & TICA registration papers.
Please note that Registration paperwork will be held until proof or Spaying or Neutering (4 to 5 months old)
unless the kitten is purchased as a breeder.
Reservation of our Right of Refusal to Sell:
For us it is not all about the money, if we feel that you will not be a good fit for our kitten,
we reserve the right to refuse to sell you the kitten (or adult) at any time before the kitten (or adult) is collected. At that time, we will refund your deposit in full. We have our cats’ best interests at heart,
and we want to make sure that they go to good forever homes.
As a result, even though you have paid a deposit and reserved the kitten (or adult), that kitten (or adult) is NOT “yours”. The kitten (or adult) remains ours until such time as we release the kitten (or adult) to you. Several weeks may pass from the time the kitten (or adult) is reserved until the kitten (or adult) leaves and that usually gives us a good gauge as to whether we believe you will be a good fit for the kitten (or adult).
